Nar-Phu is one of the newest trekking areas in Nepal. More of a cultural excursion
trekking region Nar and Phu are ancient villages comprising ageless way of life in
Tibetan model. Generally combined with Annapurna Trail trekking Nar-Phu trekking
route is full of exhilarating rugged landscape and jaw dropping vistas.
Just opened in 2002 Nar-Phu trekking area follows the Annaprna Circuit via narrow
canyons, forests, Monasteries surrounded by some of the tallest peaks in the world.

    • Arrival in Kathmandu where an Orbit Nepal Adventure representative will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Overnight at hotel.

    • This day we will gives you the diteals information about trekking program and coordinate any last-minute arrangements. After/before the staff meeting, we will take you sightseeing with a tour guide to visit the highlights of Kathmandu - Pashupatinath, Boudhanath Stupa, Swaymbhunath and Patan Durbar Square. Overnight at hotel

    • On our frist day or Narphu trek we will travel from Kathmandu to Besisahar (820m) by bus or private vehicle, enjoying scenic landscapes along the Trishuli and Marshyangdi rivers. Continue to Dharapani (1470m) for an overnight stay. This long but rewarding journey brings you to the gateway of your trekking adventure in the Annapurna region.

    • Begin your trekking journey toward Koto, after the early morning breakfast. Today we walk about 6 to 7 hours through lush forests, riverbanks, and traditional villages. The trail offers stunning mountain views and a first taste of the region’s natural beauty. Arrive in Koto for a relaxing night at a local lodge, preparing for higher elevations ahead

    • This will be the big day, Continue your ascent with an 9 to 10 hour trek to Meta. The trail becomes more rugged, passing through beautiful pine forests, suspension bridges, and quiet valleys. As you reach Meta, the landscape opens into wide plateaus surrounded by towering peaks, offering a peaceful lodge stay in this remote Himalayan setting.

    • Today’s after breakfast at Meta 8–9-hour trek leads you to the culturally rich and remote Phu Village. Walk through dramatic canyons, ancient Tibetan-style settlements, and scenic high valleys. Phu offers an unforgettable experience with its traditional stone houses, monasteries, and spectacular views of surrounding Himalayan giants.

Nar Village welcomes you with its traditional lifestyle, ancient monasteries, and authentic Tibetan-influenced culture. Settle into a cozy lodge after a rewarding day of trekking.

    • Today we discover Nar Village at a relaxed pace, exploring monasteries, interacting with locals, and soaking in breathtaking Himalayan surroundings. This rest and exploration day helps with acclimatization before crossing Kang La Pass. Experience the peaceful lifestyle, unique traditions, and serene landscapes that make Nar an exceptional cultural highlight.

    • This a day with A challenging yet spectacular 8–9-hour trek takes you across the high Kang La Pass. Enjoy sweeping views of the Annapurna range before descending to the beautiful village of Ngawal. This day is one of the most scenic and rewarding sections of the trek, ending with comfort in a local lodge.

    • Trek 5 to 6 hours downhill from Ngawal to Chame, following forested trails and peaceful rivers. The descent offers refreshing scenery and a comfortable pace after the high pass. Arrive in Chame, a key village in the region, and enjoy a relaxing lodge stay surrounded by mountain beauty

    • Take a local jeep from Chame to Besisahar, a scenic 5-hour drive through rugged Himalayan terrain. This journey offers beautiful river views, waterfalls, and forested hillsides. Arrive in Besisahar for a restful evening after completing the trekking portion of your adventure.
