Terms & Condition

Welcome to Orbit Adventure Nepal (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a trip, using our services, or browsing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. Booking & Reservations

1.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive:

• A completed booking form

• Required personal information

• The initial deposit or full payment (depending on the trip type)

1.2 Personal Documents

You are responsible for providing accurate:

• Passport details

• Emergency contact details

• Travel insurance information (if applicable)

Any errors may cause delays or denial of permits, for which we are not liable.

2. Payment Policy

2.1 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit (usually 20–30% depending on the trip) is required to confirm your booking.

2.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival in Nepal unless stated otherwise.

2.3 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Bank transfer

• Online payment gateways

• Cash (local currency or agreed foreign currency)

All bank charges must be paid by the client.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by the Client

If you need to cancel your trip:

• Up to 30 days before departure: 50% refund

• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund

• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future trip under certain conditions.

3.2 Cancellation by Orbit Adventure Nepal

We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to:

• Natural disasters

• Political unrest

• Insufficient participants

• Unexpected events beyond our control

In such cases, clients receive a full refund or may reschedule the trip.
