    • After landing at Tribhuvan International Airport, our Orbit Nepal Adventure representative will greet you and escort you to your hotel. Once settled, you will receive a short briefing about your upcoming Langtang Valley trek, gear check, and essential guidelines.

    • Your journey begins with a scenic drive north of Kathmandu, gradually climbing out of the valley. On clear days, you can enjoy sweeping views of the Annapurna range, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, and the Langtang peaks. Passing through Trishuli, the road ascends toward Dhunche, the entry point of Langtang National Park. A final downhill stretch brings you to Syabrubesi for an overnight stay.

    • Today’s trek starts with a steady uphill climb through terraced fields and oak forests. The trail gradually leads to the culturally rich Tamang village of Gatlang, known for its traditional stone houses, vibrant local culture, and warm hospitality.     • The trail descends toward the Chilime Valley before crossing a suspension bridge and climbing again toward Tatopani, meaning “hot water” in Nepali.     • This is one of the most rewarding days of the Tamang Heritage Trek. The trail climbs steadily to the high viewpoint of Nagthali Bhyang, a wide-open ridge offering spectacular views of Langtang Lirung, Ganesh Himal, and the Tibetan ranges. After enjoying the panorama, descend through forests to the traditional village of Thuman, known for its Tibetan-influenced culture and warm local interactions.

    • The day features a gentle trek through woodlands, terraced slopes, and charming hillside paths. Briddhim, a beautiful Tamang settlement, offers a rich cultural experience with homestay-style hospitality, traditional architecture, and tranquil mountain surroundings.

    • Follow a scenic trail that gradually ascends through dense rhododendron, bamboo forests, and serene river valleys. The route joins the classic Langtang Valley Trek as you approach Lama Hotel, a peaceful stop nestled amid forests and the flowing Langtang River.

    • Today’s trek retraces your steps downhill through lush forests and traditional settlements until you reach Syabrubesi. Enjoy your final evening in the Langtang region with delicious local food and a relaxing atmosphere.

    • Travel back to Kathmandu through winding mountain roads with views of deep gorges, terraced hillsides, and rural settlements. Upon arrival, enjoy free time for last-minute shopping or exploring local attractions

    • Three hours before your flight, Orbit Nepal Adventure team will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport. As you head home, you’ll carry unforgettable memories of the Langtang Valley and the warmth of the Himalayas.

Langtang Region is the third most popular mountainous region in Nepal. It is popular
not only as an ancient trade route between Nepal and Tibet but also as nearest and most
accessible to and from Kathmandu Valley. Langtang lies just about 130 km north of the
Kathmandu Valley equally closer to the Tibetan border. This region is a rare
combination of nature, culture and adventure at once.
Langang had been declared national park in 1973 becoming first national park in the
country. Langtang region is home to Nepal’s first national park, Ganesh Himal and
Langtang Himal. This region comprises Langtang Lirung (7,245 m) the 99 th highest
mountain in the world, Ganja La pass (5,122 m), Jugal Himal and Dorje Lakpa (6,989
m) a vast Himalayan panorama around.
The trekkers in the region encounter with rushing waters of the Langtang River, the
valley with rhododendron, bamboo, birch, juniper and pine and host the red panda
among other rare Himalayan wildlife. In Langtang region tourist can experience
trekking in exhilarating scenery of soaring peaks, glaciers, ancient monastery and even a
rare cheese factory in this mountainous location.
